As a celebrity interior designer Los Angeles, Martyn Lawrence Bullard must look his best and stay on top of his game day in and day out. Here are his top spots around LA for fashion, health, and more.

As a person with back issues (two slipped discs), I need very special trainers. My number one is Brian Harmon from Body Harmonics. He’s the best at what he does, using both medical and physical health training to strengthen the body and mind.

I use Dr. Sheila Hughes as my nutritionist. She is an expert diet doctor and works on weight control and balanced, healthy diets. She practices eating techniques that work for each individual and has amazing results in weight loss.

I still love Quintessential for concierge services, however for travel I like Indegare. It’s a brilliant, custom-designed travel agency service.

I love shopping in LA at ‘just one eye.’ A super chic environment where the clothing and accessories are carefully chosen and edited for you. They also have beautiful jewelry and incorporate vintage and designer. Church is also an amazing boutique with very individual style, a little rock star meets Malibu beach, their options are cool, curated and many times, one-offs. John Varvatos for great basics, well-cut cashmere and great accessories. For reviving shoes, the Beverly Hills cobbler is amazing they can even do a number on old trainers!

I’m not really a barber type of guy, but I use Meche in Beverly Hills to get my hair cuts. Danny Rishoff is the best, a great cutter and always has the best stories to keep you amused. A bright and light-filled salon that has a relaxed, laid back atmosphere even though some of the biggest stars in town are often sitting next to you.
