Telluride

I’m a bit of a snow bunny and love hitting the slopes for some good ol’ winter fun! Telluride is one of my favorite places to go during the winter as I have friends that live there. It’s a picturesque town with fabulous food and drinks, and there's great skiing to-boot! I love the sense of community and historic personality of this beautiful mountain town.

Harbour Island

Who doesn’t love a beach getaway in the middle of winter? One of my favorite beach escapes is Harbour Island. I love the casual, laid-back vibe of the island and its small size makes it feel like a little village where you’re instantly at home. And while small, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want to kick back with a cocktail on the beach, snorkel, get out on a boat, or simply shop around town and head out for a nice dinner & drinks, Harbour Island has it all. Plus, the island has the best unofficial ambassador of all time, India Hicks!

Marfa, TX

When I’m looking for something a little less conventional, I head to Marfa, TX. Winter is a great time to visit as you can escape the cold of the northeast and capture Texas before it gets too hot! Instead of being about the beach or the ski slopes, Marfa is all about art, design, food and fashion with a really interesting and fun mix of people. It’s a unique cultural hotspot with international influence and a great place to go for a dose of creative inspiration!
