If you’re among the throng of foodies awaiting the launch of Sedona’s Butterfly Burger, don’t wait a second longer. The luxury burger lounge is officially open. And we’re not using “luxury” loosely. Acclaimed chef Lisa Dahl designed the space to be high-gloss, high-sheen and high-end, with an open kitchen and a sleek marble bar taking center stage. A rolling library ladder accesses a connoisseur’s dream lineup of 40 bourbons and spirits, and milkshakes can come laced with liqueur. Then there are the burgers—16 in all, from Angus beef patties to mahi fillets. For the Oui Oui Monsieur! caraway rye bread hugs a patty layered with Gruyere cheese and charred onions, and The Gyro uses a proprietary spice blend on Colorado lamb, then pairs it with tzatziki, fennel, red onion and Greek-style pico de gallo. 6657 State Route 179 B1, Sedona, 928.862.4448, butterflyburger.com
