If you’re among the throng of foodies awaiting the launch of Sedona’s Butterfly Burger, don’t wait a second longer. The luxury burger lounge is officially open. And we’re not using “luxury” loosely. Acclaimed chef Lisa Dahl designed the space to be high-gloss, high-sheen and high-end, with an open kitchen and a sleek marble bar taking center stage. A rolling library ladder accesses a connoisseur’s dream lineup of 40 bourbons and spirits, and milkshakes can come laced with liqueur. Then there are the burgers—16 in all, from Angus beef patties to mahi fillets.
