Super Bowl Halftime ShowThis year’s Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show was every bit of a history-maker as fans anticipated. Megastars Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar delivered a top-notch performance as the Los Angeles Rams faced off against the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium.

The show began with a zoomed-in row of white homes on what appeared to be the L.A. city grid. Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre kicked things off by performing their hit “The Next Episode” before transitioning into the Tupac and Dre collaboration, “California Love.”

Up next was a surprise appearance of rapper 50 Cent performing “In Da Club” in a house party atmosphere. Things continued to heat up as Blige – drizzled in a luxe white ensemble glistening in sequins right down to the thigh-high boots – took to the stage leading with “Family Affair,” segueing into a soul-stirring performance of “No More Drama.”

Next up was Lamar surrounded by men wearing “Dre Day” sashes as he performed “Alright,” which was preceded with an intro of “m.A.A.d city.” Eminem then stood on top of one of the structures alongside Dre, opening with “Forgot About Dre,” before performing the Grammy and Oscar-winning song, “Lose Yourself,” with surprise guest Anderson .Paak on the drums.

The epic showcase concluded with the thrilling first notes of “Still D.R.E.” played on the piano by Dre, followed by a joint performance with him and Snoop.

Also noteworthy is the intensity of deaf rappers Sean Forbes and Warren "WaWa" Snipe, who were also on stage to perform American Sign Language versions of each song.

Fellow artists and celebrities were just as enamored with the halftime show as fans. Lady Gaga, who previously performed during halftime in 2017, tweeted, "THAT WAS A BOMB OF RADICAL LOVE THANK YOU #SuperBowl HALFTIME SHOW!! Incredible!! That's what it's all about!!"

Los Angeles Lakers star player LeBron James, who was also watching the game live from the stadium, tweeted, "OMG!!!!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!! THE GREATEST HALFTIME SHOW IVE EVER SEEN!!!"

Pop singer Halsey heralded Dre with this tweet: "We owe dr dre everything."
