Towing season has arrived. Whether you’ll be towing a camper, a boat, or a horse trailer, the summer season is upon us, which makes Ram’s new 1500 Limited a pickup that has arrived at the perfect time.

The Ram 1500 Limited is a huge leap forward in pickup truck design. Featuring a unique air suspension system, the Ram 1500 Limited can tow up to 12,700 pounds when properly equipped. The air suspension system has its benefits in other areas as well, lowering itself to ease entry and exit and raising itself for improved off-road ground clearance.

Inside, the Ram is a showcase for high-tech features. At the center is the Ram’s massive 12-inch fully customizable touch screen. Ram’s designers also paid particular attention to details inside the Ram Limited, including its gorgeous hand-wrapped leather dashboard with real wood and aluminum trim pieces used throughout. Ambient lighting sets the mood at night, while no fewer than five USB ports provide plenty of onboard charging for all your devices, not counting the two three-pronged 115-volt household plugs that can even power a blender or saw. And Ram didn’t forget about your rear passengers, offering class-exclusive reclining rear seats and ample rear seat legroom.

Under the hood, the Ram 1500 Limited offers an optional 5.7-liter V8 HEMI with eTorque technology. The mild hybrid eTorque system produces 395 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque, including an additional 130 lb.-ft. of supplemental launch torque enabled by the eTorque system. Zero to 60 mph takes about 6.2 seconds, aided by the eTorque’s 16 horses. The eTorque system is impossible to notice, except for the fuel savings, which at 17/22 mpg city/highway, is quite impressive for a pickup.
