Designed by Danish architecture firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, The Smile gets its name from its rounded facade. The building is actually shaped like a slight smile, but the apartments inside don’t lose any space. Each apartment offers oversized closets, an in-unit washer and dryer, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Renters can also make use of The Smile’s spa, rooftop pool, shared workspace lounge, dance studio, state-of-the-art fitness center and more.
