900 North Michigan Shops

On top of the success of the high-end shopping center’s food hall, Aster Hall, the sixth floor is bustling with the addition of the Topgolf Swing Suite. With three simulator bays seating up to eight guests each, there’s plenty of space to perfect your stance. When you’ve had your fill of typical play, switch to other games like Zombie Dodgeball that are fun for even non-golfers—especially when you add in menu items like fan-favorite Small Cheval burgers. Special occasion? Book the VIP Suite, complete with customizable menus from Aster Hall. Swing Suite buyout from $2,500, 900 N. Michigan Ave., swingsuite900.com

Chicago Athletic Association

Opened this past July, the Topgolf Swing Suite inside the Mag Mile hot spot is the city’s first virtual golf experience inside a hotel. Book a spot in advance or try your luck as a walk-in with the Game Room’s Game Master, located on the second floor. Two simulator bays—Game Room Greens and Cherry Circle Links—on the ground floor pay homage to the building’s history as an athletic club, which at one time featured three indoor golf holes on the ninth floor. Whether you’re a scratch golfer or more of a hack, you’ll certainly enjoy the full menu from Land and Sea Dept. Planning a special event? Packages like Crew Love that include add-ons like reservations at Milk Room or overnight accommodations will all but ensure a good game. From $100 per hour, 12 S. Michigan Ave., chicagoathletichotel.com
