As President of the John T. Evans Company, a commercial real estate brokerage and development company, Preston T. Evans keeps quite busy. But not too busy to start his own Texas-style barbecue restaurant, Ten50 BBQ. Here's how Evans keeps his style up to par while juggling multiple companies.

Trainers:

I’m currently working out with Christopher Jackson at Equinox Highland Park.

Jon McDowell at Vive Personal Training is another great option for training. He offers private training as well as group training for 2-4 people...a good option if you’re into group fitness or if you’re just looking to keep costs down.

Nutritionist:

Meridan Zerner at Cooper Clinic has been my go-to for all things health-related over the past 3 years. Meridan is Board Certified in Sports Nutrition and Dietetics and also a fitness instructor, making her the perfect person to maximize results whenever starting a new workout program.

Designer Shops:

My favorite store right now is The Conservatory in Highland Park Village. Their selection is focused on quality rather than trends, so if your style is simple and timeless, this is your place. My favorite brand they’re currently carrying is SALLE PRIVÉE out of Amsterdam.

Anyone close to me knows I can’t stay away from Ralph Lauren very long. Go see Shawn Swanson in Highland Park Village for great style advice (and shopping is always made better with a complimentary bourbon served on a silver tray).

Tailors:

J’s Tailor in Preston Center has been a resource for custom clothiers like Hadleigh’s and Ralph Lauren for some time. I trust them with everything from t-shirts to suits.

Cobbler:

Deno’s of Highland Park is hand down the best cobbler in Dallas. They do great repair work but one of the best-kept secrets is their custom made belts.

Barber/Salon:

Mike Murphy at Osgood O’Neil Salon on Knox

Skincare:

Joanna Czech for the best products and cutting edge treatments. I’m an easy sell when it comes to new face products but I’ve been using Dr. Barbara Sturm, per Joanna’s recommendation, for about 2 years now. I can’t live without the Calming Serum and Face Cream for Men.
