From the hills of Italy comes Fabio Trabocchi, restaurant owner, chef and businessman who spends much of his time in DC at his flagship restaurant, Fiola, which is one of eight around the world. With these restaurants being just a few of Trabocchi's accolades, he has a reputation to maintain and work to do. Here's how he gets it done.

Go-to trainers: I enjoy taking Masterclasses for lessons in leadership, particularly Chris Voss’s approach to tactical empathy in the art of negotiation. I also use Marc Jacobs lessons on the world of fashion and design, Wolfgang Puck’s sessions on his culinary and business philosophy, and Martin Scorsese’s lessons on cinema and inspiration.

Nutritionists/chefs: I love the meal programs from Sakara Life, they provide the foundation for a modern and healthy lifestyle. The company’s target audience seems to be predominately women, but it’s suitable for men as well.

Personal trainers: AJ Cowie, a former rugby player from New Zealand is someone who I have been training with him for the last three years. AJ left New Zealand to play professionally in England, Scotland, and Italy. He also coached in Canada and the U.S. He helped me recover the loss of one of my biceps.

Designer clothing shops/tailors/cobblers: I have been working with Giuseppe Ruggeri at Canali for years. Canali represents Italian craftsmanship with straightforward, simple elegance.
