“Four Seasons Yachts represents the next chapter of our long history of industry leading innovation, and a milestone moment for our company as we continue to capitalize on new opportunities to extend the world of Four Seasons,” says Christian Clerc, President of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “True vision rests in the ability to imagine the possibilities while always remaining loyal to one’s values. Our vision for this new venture does exactly that.”

Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri have been commissioned to craft a stunning vessel, which will come in at 207 meters (679 feet) long, and 27 meters (88.6 feet) wide. With a price tag of €1.2 billion, the yacht will boast 14 decks and 95 suites, all of which will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor and outdoor living space, and nearly 50 percent more square meterage than existing vessel accommodations.

“This project is in a class of its own,” says Luigi Matarazzo, General Manager Merchant Ships Division of Fincantieri. “[We’re] combining the best of passenger ship construction and yacht design to create a new benchmark for ultra-luxury vessels”

Four Seasons also teamed with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD on the venture, with whom Four Seasons previously partnered for the hotel projects in Florida and Rome.

Larry Pimentel, former President and CEO of Azamara Club Cruises, has been appointed to lead the project, bringing with him more than 30 years of luxury cruise industry experience.

“In partnership with Four Seasons, we are creating a new category of luxury lifestyle travel that appeals to discerning guests,” Pimentel says. “We are bringing together the very best across industries to create the pinnacle yachting offering through world-class design, curated experiences, and truly exceptional service. When we launch in 2025, there will be nothing else like it on the open seas.”

Fans of the Four Seasons resort experience will appreciate the same attention to detail given to the yacht’s on-board restaurants, lounges and bars, as well as an intimate 1-to-1 guest-to-staff ratio, ensuring all travelers’ are met with comfort and convenience.

Full-service spa facilities, salons, wellness programming, fitness classes, nutrition programs and more are promised, as well.

This original build order leaves an option for two additional vessels, so there is plenty of adventure to look forward to.
