Superstar chef David Chang of Momofuku fame recently debuted Majordōmo Meat & Fish, as well as a new slider concept, at the Palazzo located in the Venetian Resort.
Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar
Hogsalt Hospitality’s Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar lives up to the hype of its original location in Chicago. Our pick: The bone-in ribeye, dry-aged for 42 days, clocking in at 22 ounces and served with bearnaise sauce and Maldon, is meant for the strong of heart and appetite (or someone who likes to share). Dessert is a selection of classic American pies, if you are wise enough to leave room. Park MGM, 702.730.6700.
Bazaar Meat
José Andrés’ elegant ode to carnivores is, as you might expect, all about the meat, with dishes like wild boar sausage and even an entire 10-pound suckling pig. Tip: Though the meaty menu can be daunting, the restaurant’s Bar Centro menu, offered nightly beginning at 5PM, provides an intro with smaller bites, such as gazpacho shots, beef tartare sliders and just a taste of that suckling pig (in a sandwich). Sahara Las Vegas, 702.761.7610.
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Most renowned for its Instagram-famous milkshakes, the restaurant’s gourmet burgers and craft cocktails are also served camera ready. Carb-conscious guests should opt for one of the burger salads—a wise move to save room for dessert. Venetian, 702.632.7403.
Delmonico Steakhouse
Star chef Emeril Lagasse puts a modern Creole spin on his own New Orleans steakhouse. Cuts like the bone-in ribeye, the Japanese wagyu and even a Chateaubriand carved tableside for two are superlative, but don’t miss Lagasse’s classic barbecue shrimp. And the wine selection tops 2,300 bottles. Grand Canal Shoppes, 702.414.3737.
Edge Steakhouse
If you’re in the mood for a great steak, look no further to find top-quality wet- and dry-aged prime cuts in a white-tablecloth atmosphere. Be sure to save room for the award-winning pastry chef’s desserts. Westgate Las Vegas, 702.732.5277.
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen
With a prime location in front of Caesars, this Gordon Ramsay outpost brings his hit TV show to life. If you’re lucky enough to nab a reservation, dishes not to miss include the beef Wellington and pan-seared scallops. Caesars Palace, 702.731.7373.
Libertine Social
This bar-meets-kitchen-meets-hangout space serves specialties by chef Shawn McClain and rising-star executive chef Jamaal Taherzadeh, like the Modern Fried Egg, cooked sous vide with sweet corn custard, topped with American sturgeon caviar and served in its own shell, and the Rosewood wagyu skirt steak from the mesquite-fired grill. Mandalay Bay, 877.632.7800.
SW Steakhouse
SW Steakhouse is one of a small handful of restaurants in the country authorized to serve certified-authentic Kobe beef. An entire Japanese and domestic wagyu menu allows guests to gild the lily with add-ons like Rogue Creamery smoked blue cheese, Maine lobster and Hudson Valley foie gras. Trivia: Steve Wynn’s had the same dining chairs found here shipped to his offices around the world and to SW in Wynn Palace in Cotai. Wynn Las Vegas, 702.770.3325.
