You don’t have to fly to Miami to enjoy upscale, beachfront dining. Dryft, restaurateur Michael Aldi’s newest waterfront dining creation, adds to Revere’s up-and-coming nightlife scene. “Nothing of this magnitude had ever been done in Revere before,” says Aldi. A part of the 500 Ocean Ave. luxury apartments, the restaurant’s modern, art-forward environment, ocean views and Miami-like vibes shine through, and apartment residents have access to amenities such as poolside restaurant service. “It’s a high-end environment,” says Damian Szary, principal of Redgate, “and provides a level of service that we’ve never seen before.” Dryft’s menu features New England seafood and housemade pastas, including Aldi’s favorite: scallops, served with butternut squash, broccolini and mint pistachio pesto. We’ll dive right in. 500 Ocean Ave., Revere, dryftrevere.com
