In 2014, David McClymont took the helm of Palm Beach Symphony as it was about to embark on its 41st season. He had previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) in Juno Beach, Florida, an organization known worldwide for its role in conserving the oceans and their endangered species, and known locally as a driver of Palm Beach County tourism. At the Symphony, he has bolstered fundraising efforts and the organization’s visibility. A former sponsored competitive surfer, he completed the Lake Placid Ironman in 2010. Also, he likes to watch hockey.
