The driveway of the Riva yacht-inspired Una Residences in South Brickell
ONE OF A KIND
With news that his hospitality brand Aman will open a property in Miami Beach in 2023 and his Missoni Baia and Una Residences well underway, it’s clear real estate mogul Vladislav Doronin has set his sights on our shores. As expected, Doronin has left nothing to chance with Una, which channels the serene lifestyle that fans of Aman properties will recognize. The 47-floor building (inspired by a Riva yacht) is situated at the tail end of Brickell, which allows for optimal views of Miami, Coconut Grove and South Beach. Inside, 135 residences ranging from three bedrooms (1,179 square feet) to five bedrooms (4,697 square feet) and priced from $1.9 million to $7.4 million, proffer an indoor-outdoor living experience with floor-to-ceiling windows and deep terraces. Finishes in teak, walnut and natural stone further solidify that point. “Vladislav has a great perception of what he wants on each site he develops,” says Adrian Smith of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the firm tasked with bringing the project to life. “His judgment is focused on the needs and essence of each facet of design.” In other words: Something special is rising. 175 SE 25th Road, Miami, 305.800.8800

What does $35 million buy these days at 57 Ocean? The list is long. The deluxe digs at this Arquitectonica tower on Millionaire’s Row live up to their location with 7,500 square feet of indoor space and almost just as much (7,000 square feet) of alfresco areas. Inside, the master living room was created with entertaining in mind as it features a gourmet chef’s kitchen and a sculptural wine cellar, plus a hidden prep kitchen with all the necessary amenities for the perfect gathering. Five bedrooms, six baths and a den aside, it’s the extras that make this penthouse, well, extra: an outdoor spa with a plunge pool, a green area for golf putting with views of Miami, a club room with an antique bar and home theater and an art gallery wall for all those Basel acquisitions. 5775 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.239.3208
WATERSIDE WONDER
When considering the approach for Monad Terrace, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel’s only residential project in Florida, the man was intent on artfully directing the play of daylight and water throughout the tower. That vision is on display in Monad’s marquee $14 million Penthouse B. The residence spans two floors and features the largest in-residence high-rise pool in Miami Beach. Private elevator access into the 13,922-square-foot unit quickly reveals unique aspects such as a Nouvel-designed kitchen, five bedrooms and 5 ½ baths with marble, custom cabinetry, all sorts of built-in features and oak flooring throughout. A summer kitchen and 7,697 square feet of outdoor space complete the experience. As for the light? Just right in the morning, intense in the afternoon and romantic at dusk. 1215 West Ave., Miami Beach, 305.695.0888

Royal Moment
Jade Signature’s design mix—architecture by Pritzker Prize winner Herzog & de Meuron, interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon and green spaces by Raymond Jungles—is rather unprecedented for Miami, so the building’s crowning achievement, its $29.5 million upper penthouse, had to be on par with all that cachet. Rest assured it is. Palatial is the best way to describe the 11,661-square-foot residence exalted by lofty 12-foot ceiling heights and its six bedrooms, 9 ½ baths, master sitting room, three family rooms and breakfast nook. Want more proof? The wraparound terrace (7,571 square feet) offers 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal and Miami’s ever-changing skyline. There’s also a private pool, gym, private elevators and next-generation technology. 16901 Collins Ave., Sunny Isles Beach, 305.577.0552
