Charles Peed

Palm Beach -

Charles Peed lives in the center of the island—and he likes to be in the center of the action. While he holds a coveted degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, today he has started his own design and retail business based in Palm Beach. “Having the world stage of Instagram has made it a non-seasonal non-regional business,” he says, “which is really rewarding.” A self-taught, hands-on person, he notes that “there is no business plan for my particular niche, which allows me to have very few boundaries. That is a wonderful, fearless quality I have gained from this experience.”

Starting and owning your own company forces you to have many titles. It's very compelling to force yourself to do tasks that you have no background in and thrive doing it. Balancing all aspects keeps you much more tuned in and alert to your and your business needs.

Marathons for cures and research. I enjoy the community and personal involvement that events like marathons provide.
