Joining Cadillac’s giant Escalade is a new three-row crossover, dubbed the XT6, from the luxury automaker. Featuring seating for seven, the XT6 starts at $52,695 for the Premium Luxury model and rises quickly from there depending on which options you want. The XT6 is a joy to drive and handles like a much smaller vehicle. It doesn’t feel nearly as big to park or maneuver as the Escalade, yet it still offers surprising amounts of comfort and versatility. Second row captain’s chairs keep the kids separated in back, while the power third row folding seat still offers USB outlets for each outboard passenger. The second-row seats even feature heated and ventilated seats.

A Bose Performance Series sound system is an audiophile’s dream with 14 custom-tuned speakers delivering powerful audio throughout the cabin. Techies will also appreciate a slew of advanced available technology on the XT6 including night vision, adaptive cruise control, hands-free tailgate, and wireless charging for your cell phone. From the outside, the XT6 is easily recognizable with its available 21-inch wheels, LED headlamps, and distinctive Cadillac grille. Powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine, the XT6 sprints from zero to 60 mph in 6.9 seconds, reasonable considering its size. The XT6 has already arrived at local Cadillac dealers so check one out if you’re looking for a luxocrusier for the whole family.
