A community with supertrees and selfhealing concrete buildings may sound like another Blade Runner sequel, but it’s actually the ambitious plans for Bleutech Park Las Vegas (bleutechpark.com), the world’s first high-tech biome, set to break ground this month in Las Vegas Valley. The $7.5 billion “digital infrastructure city” is slated for completion in 2026 and will consist of environmentally friendly net-zero buildings supported by renewable energies, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies from companies around the world. The futuristic development will feature retail space, luxury housing, workforce housing, a hotel and entertainment venues. Ryan Gosling, Ridley Scott—call us.
