Amar'e Stoudemire 2018

Get ready to shoot your shot. NBA All-Star Amar'e Stoudemire has listed his stylish Florida mansion for $3.5 million.

According to a report by Realtor.com, the former Miami Heat player purchased the Southwest Ranches property in 2011 for $3.7 million. The living space offers a 7,361-square-foot main house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, along with a 1,314-square-foot guesthouse with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

It has been elaborately decorated with sumptuous coffered ceilings and chandeliers. When it comes to cooking, aspiring chefs can make the most of the extravagant kitchen, complete with an island and a peninsula, four ovens, a large walk-in pantry, a six-burner gas range, and custom millwork. If that isn't enough for your holiday feasts, there's still the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.

When outdoor celebrations are safe again, the place is also ideal to entertain guests, thanks to its splendid pool, spa, large lawns and a secret home theater accessible through a hidden door. Guests can take advantage of parking on the grounds and leave their vehicles in the nine-car garage.

The property’s gem is without a doubt the massive main suite. The new owner will love the marble floors, luxe drapes and floor-to-ceiling sliders leading to the stunning backyard. Another room can be converted into a studio, nursery or yoga room, and don't forget about the large bathroom and expansive closet.

“The closet is absolutely to die for” says listing agent Kim Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “You feel like you're shopping in a luxury boutique in the Miami Design District. It has custom-built, chic gray cabinetry, back-lighting, and stainless-steel sliding ladders to reach high shelving.”
