Who: Alexander Skarsgård to Rooney Mara to Kelly Osbourne

Where: Los Feliz

Price: $3.575 million

What: After buying this 2,300-square-foot midcentury home above Bronson Canyon from Skarsgård in 2015, Mara sold it last June to Osbourne. The chic, modern residence, designed by architect Phil Brown and built in 1963, features an airy, open living room with panoramic views, terrazzo flooring and a fireplace and separate den.

What: Streep purchased this contemporary sanctuary in 2013 and sold it to A-Rod a year later. Acquired last April in a deal by Gwen Banta and Patrick Martin of Sotheby’s, the 1920s property enclosed by evergreens boasts an all-white aesthetic, a yoga loft space and a guest suite with a connecting steam room, pool and spa.
