The Oyster Club Offers Up a Fresh Spin on New England Fare

The Oyster Club Offers Up a Fresh Spin on New England Fare

September 30, 2019 by

Kerry Gallagher Kerry Gallagher

Famed chef Chris Parsons of Catch and Steel & Rye brings his next big restaurant right to Park Plaza. Introducing The Oyster Club, an eatery serving up dishes that scream quintessential Boston. Parsons puts his own spin on classics such as the lobster roll, chowders and other iconic New England fare.

Although the focus of the restaurant is to serve fresh, regional seafood, there will also be a selection of droolworthy steaks, salads and burgers on the menu. On a sunny Boston day, be sure to lounge out on the patio while sipping from a selection of food-friendly wines, ciders and cocktails. Of course, the raw bar serves up local New England oysters. As a Boston native himself, Parsons knows good seafood, and you can experience this firsthand at The Oyster Club. 79 Park Plaza, Boston, theoysterclubboston.com
