One of these days, they’re going to run out of water front property to develop in the booming resort real estate region of Los Cabos. Since that day hasn’t arrived yet, brand new ultra-luxury communities continue to blossom along that stretch of fine sand beaches and perpetual sunshine.

As a part of Twin Dolphin Los Cabos, Montage Residences Los Cabos and Maravilla Los Cabos opened in May of 2018, and May of 2015 respectively, along with Twin Dolphin Club in November of 2018. The five-diamond Montage Los Cabos Resort and Residences includes a private spa, access to Santa Maria Bay Beach, and a myriad of on-property dining options. Pricing for the residences starts at $1.75 million.

The buy-in at Maravilla is $3 million. The community offers everything from beach activities to the members-only 60,000-square-foot Club, with a three-level infinity pool, 18-hole putting course, THX-certified movie theater, and an outdoor rock-climbing wall, among other amenities.

Player access to the Fred Couples-designed 18 hole signature golf course at Twin Dolphin Club is available to Montage Residence and Maravilla owners. Members don’t pay any golf fees, rider fees or trail fees. Member rounds are complementary to Maravilla and Montage residents after the $75,000 initiation fee and annual dues of $20,000.

Up the beach nearer to downtown Los Cabos, the Solaz Residences resides within the grounds of the Solaz Signature Suites hotel and resort. The condos sell between $2.5 million to $2.75 million, offering full access to the resort’s onsite amenities – including a beach club and dining at seven on-site restaurants – La Deriva Cucina Italiana, El Cardon, Erizo Cocina de La Baja, Olas Altas Deli Lunas, Mako, Cascabel, and the Al Pairo Seafood Market.
