Char Luxury Real Estate owner Randy Char is adding a new thrill to his career—and the community—with an adrenaline-based venture called Police Chase Las Vegas at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. “Actual police cars and real enforcement-training maneuvers are used to create an experience as authentic possible,” he says. “This business is going to be a gateway for our local community to have a little deeper understanding of what it’s like to serve in law enforcement.” Here, Char shares a few of his favorite things when he’s not on the race track or brokering real estate deals.
