From the team behind Kimball House comes Krog Street Market's latest addition, Watchman's Seafood & Spirits. Located in the old The Luminary space, Watchman's is getting recognized nationwide for its attention to detail and finesse when it comes to not only food, but cocktails. The coastal-inspired interior, designed by Atlanta-based firm Square Feet Studio, is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy one of Bar Manager Adrian Fessenden-Kroll's excellent cocktails. Thanks to a drink menu section on constant rotation, you'll be sure to find cocktails ranging from classic daiquiris, which are on the menu year-round, to impeccably turned out, forward-thinking cocktails, such as a recent menu addition, the April Spritz. Made from High Wire Hat Trick botanical gin, lime, fine herbs, Chartreuse, sherry and cava, it's as refreshing as it sounds. It pairs perfectly with the salinity of the oysters. Owners Bryan Rackley, Miles Macquarrie, Jesse Smith and Matt Christison carry over their popular oyster program to Watchman's Seafood & Spirits. 99 Krog St., Ste. Y, 404.254.0141, watchmansatl.com
